Refund and Returns Policy

You have 30 days from when you receive your hair oil to return it for a refund. After that, we can’t process returns or give refunds.

What We Can’t Take Back

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened hair oil products. Once you’ve broken the seal or used the product, we can’t take it back – this protects both you and future customers.

Defective Products

If your hair oil arrives damaged, leaking, or seems off in any way, don’t use it! Contact us right away at [your email] and we’ll send you a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

How Refunds Work

Once we get your return, we’ll inspect it and email you to let you know if it’s approved. If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within a few business days.

If your refund seems to be taking forever:

  1. Check your bank account first
  2. Contact your credit card company – they sometimes take a while to post refunds
  3. Call your bank to see if there’s a processing delay
  4. If you’ve tried all that and still nothing, email us at [email protected]

Quick note on sale items: We can only refund unopened hair oil bottles bought at regular price. Sale items are final sale once opened.

Exchanges

We’ll swap out hair oil that arrives damaged, leaking, or defective. If you need an exchange, just email us at [email protected] with a photo of the issue and we’ll send you a replacement right away. You’ll send the defective bottle to: 4751 Best Rd, Atlanta GA 30337.

Gift Returns

If someone marked your order as a gift: You’ll get store credit for the return value, and we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift: The refund goes back to whoever bought it, and they’ll know about the return.

Shipping Returns

You’ll need to cover return shipping costs, and we can’t refund those fees. Since hair oil bottles can break, we recommend using bubble wrap or padding and consider tracking or insurance – we’re not responsible if your return gets lost or damaged in the mail.
