Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

 

Processing Time

Please allow 2 days for processing times.  All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 7-10 business days. You can track your package with the shipping number provided in your order confirmation e-mail. 

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges. All sales are final.

Refunds
Orders are eligible for a refund or product replacement due to damages or product defects ONLY. We will reach out to you to let you know whether your refund request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your refund is not approved, you may be eligible for product replacement.
